Some days are diamonds, some days are stone.

If your of a certain era you will know the next line of the song..........

Sometimes the hard times won't leave me alone.

Perhaps you've had days like that? or even weeks, months or years, when the hard times won't leave you alone.

Do you know the difference between coal and diamonds? they are both forms of carbon but to get from being a lump of coal to being a diamond takes pressure, lots and lots of pressure. Pressure in life can crush you or if you dig in and go through things then you can become a diamond, most of us are still a diamond in the rough, some may even feel more like a lump of coal. When pressure comes stand fast and remember that you are not alone, Jesus is with you, if you'll let Him, and through being in Christ you will have the strength to get through whatever your going through and you'll become a little bit less coal like and more diamond like with every pressure you overcome.

Philippians 4:13 New King James Version

13 I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me.
