Happy Valentines Day to the wife of my youth!

The Bible talks a lot about how good it is for a man to find a wife, but not just to have a good wife and be blessed but to treat her well and be a good husband, that you will be blessed by God, if you want answers to prayer there is a condition, you must treat your wife well.

1 Peter 3:7 Good News Translation

7 In the same way you husbands must live with your wives with the proper understanding that they are more delicate than you. Treat them with respect, because they also will receive, together with you, God's gift of life. Do this so that nothing will interfere with your prayers.

So husbands, love your wife.

Ephesians 5:25 New King James Version

25 Husbands, love your wives, just as Christ also loved the church and gave Himself for her,

Loving your wife like Christ loves is a challenge, I say that because of the depth of the love that Christ has for each and everyone of us. But it is what we are called to do as men of God.

I am thankfull that my wife is easy to love, even after all that I put her through, but by the Grace of God we are both new creations, and I am more in love with her now than ever, in a couple of months we will have been married 42 years, I used to think only old people were married that long, now I know different Praise God !

Psalm 103:1-5 New King James Version

Praise for the Lord’s Mercies

A Psalm of David.

103 Bless the Lord, O my soul;

And all that is within me, bless His holy name!

2 Bless the Lord, O my soul,

And forget not all His benefits:

3 Who forgives all your iniquities,

Who heals all your diseases,

4 Who redeems your life from destruction,

Who crowns you with lovingkindness and tender mercies,

5 Who satisfies your mouth with good things,

So that your youth is renewed like the eagle’s.

I have found a virtuous wife, love you Jean, forever and ever, Amen.
